Shipping
I offer worldwide shipping. The estimated delivery time and delivery costs vary per zone. I print per order to avoid waste, so keep in mind that it takes a few days to deliver.

I hope you’re happy with your item, but if you want to return something you can return your item within 10 days. I will refund the money if the item comes back in perfect condition. If it damages during the refunding proces/delivery back to me, I don't refund the money.
To request a return, contact info@karendejong.com with the details of your order and the reason
for requesting a return. Unfortunately I am unable to offer a free return service. Returns must be made
at your own cost. You will be responsible for the returning (in case the package gets lost in the mail).
I recommend to use a trackable post service.

If you want to cancel your order before it is shipped, that is no problem, just send me an email.
Your order is not shipped until you get the shipping conformation email.
