Artwork for The School For Alchemy
The School for Alchemy is a place where you can experience ancient rituals and healing traditions, through mentorships, salons and retreats.
We worked on a series of paintings inspired by the school and its work. Titled The Alchemy of Being, the series is displayed in the space to set the atmosphere of the room. We began by defining the feeling the space needed to convey, along with a color direction. From there, an intuitive and alchemical series took shape.

This series explores the process of transformation and the discovery, or rediscovery, of our essence. We are constantly evolving, often shaped by external influences, which can make us appear to change form over time. The series reflects the balance, or the interplay, between transformation and returning to our unique core. The paintings are built up in layers on canvas, using acrylic paint, charcoal, and ink. Together, they capture the dynamic process of becoming and self-discovery.
